Blank Tape Studios is a boutique studio space with three rooms dedicated to audio production and mixing.
The studio is also available for rental as rehearsal space and for collaborative executive productions. Studio services are by appointment only.

The control room has been designed to offer you the freedom you need to create and to take a project from idea to completion as effortlessly as possible.
Our simple yet effective recording system is supported by brands such as Universal Audio, Native Instruments, Presonus, Ableton, Pro Tools, and Custom Boutique Equipment. We also offer a vocal booth for quality sound control. Our hybrid of warm analog gear and thousands of digital sounds, effects, and samples are at your disposal. The possibilities are endless. This enables you to work intimately with your project and explore, create, and follow your inspiration wherever it takes you.
The Artist Lounge is tastefully decorated and has comfortable seating, allowing for downtime between studio sessions. It also provides a relaxing space for creative idea development or live streaming. The Lounge includes a small kitchen and has online streaming and video display on a 43″ flat screen television. WIFI is available throughout the building.
Striking a balance of comfort and productivity in the studio is difficult to achieve. Our live room is structured to provide both without compromising on either. Used for recording and rehearsal, the Live Room provides an ideal space for inspiration to flow with a variety of instruments and equipment at your disposal. It is supported by brands such as Shure, sE Electronics, AKG, Fender, Ibanez, Orange, TC Electronic, Novation, and Pearl. Whether a seasoned recording professional or entering a session for the first time, our Live Room is made for you to dive in and collaborate with confidence.
